I'm a UX Designer with a background in Business and Library & Information Science with a love of music, and most anything involving art and creativity.

This project focused on selecting an existing ecommerce site as a client and going through the UX Wheel process to analyze and identify an area for redesign, and delivery of an initial prototype.
I created a fictitious ecommerce site from scratch. Identified the business and target demographic, conducted usability testing and analyzed data for redesign iterations to enhance the user experience.
Using contextual inquiry, I reorganized the information architecture and redesigned the user interface to address user experience pain points for the Goodreads mobile app.
